Peer review process

All academic articles submitted to CICIIS 2026 will be evaluated through double-blind peer review. Each article will be reviewed by at least three expert reviewers.
The evaluation criteria will include originality, scientific quality, thematic relevance, methodological soundness, argumentative clarity, academic contribution, and suitability to the corresponding thematic axis.
Accepted articles must comply with the ethical, editorial and formatting standards established by the congress.

All manuscripts accepted for editorial review will be subject to originality verification using anti-plagiarism tools. The conference will apply criteria of academic ethics, scientific integrity, and good editorial practices.

Route 1: Frontiers Line

For the specified governance line only. Maximum 12 items. Subject to review and approval by Frontiers.

Route 2: Academic Memoirs of the Congress

For articles accepted in the other thematic areas, subject to peer review and editorial evaluation.

Route 3: Participation without publication
  • For panels, posters, or academic participation without formal publication.
